Full Leaf/Ovulation: This blend of herbs is specifically designed to support the Ovulation phase of your cycle. Ovulation typically lasts up to 24 hours and occurs mid-cycle around day 14, with the exact day varying depending on the length of your cycle.
 
Your Fertile Window (important whether trying to conceive or prevent conception): typically starts about 3-5 days prior to ovulation (as sperm can live for up to 5 days) and lasts until about 1 day after.
 
Drink Full Leaf: start around day 11 of your cycle (the first day you bleed is considered day 1). You want to start about 3 days before your body typically ovulates.  Continue drinking until about day 16, once signs of ovulation have passed (see below for guidance).
