I use my eyes, ears, hands, and heart to listen to you and your body. Using this information, I find overall patterns of stagnation or imbalance present in your internal landscape, manifesting in dis-ease. When viewing the body & mind through the holistic lens of Chinese Medicine, it is apparent that most seemingly unrelated symptoms are actually of one source. Using various modalities (acupuncture, cupping, CranioSacral, herbs, etc.), restrictions in the body are removed, and free-flowing movement of all qi, blood, nutrients, and healing factors resumes.  This restores proper function and brings about optimal mental, physical, and emotional health.

I believe that the greatest transformations happen via connection with one another, and as social beings we can only achieve greatness with the help of others.  My patients find that they leave our sessions feeling rejuvenated, their stresses lessened, pains relieved, and report feeling more physical, emotional, and mental harmony in their daily lives.  My dream is to live in a world in which we all experience health, vitality, and our most well-balanced potential.
